2-3 Players $35/hour

4-5 Players $30/hour

6-7 Players $15/hour

8+ Players                                                        $120/hour

*All indoor training will occur at either Pocono Dome, Iron Lakes Sports Club, or The Pyramid Sports Complex. Please contact us for pricing.*
*Travel fee will be charged if outside a 20 mile radius*

The Technical Dimension:

Proper Catching Technique, Receiving the Ball, Diving Technique, Ball Handling, Distribution, Defending Crosses, 1 v 1 defending, Free Kicks and Penalty Kicks.

The Physical Dimension:

Proper Footwork, Agility, Vertical Leap, Quickness, Flexibility, Proper Nutrition, and Injury Prevention.

The Mental Dimension

Confidence, Composition under pressure, Leadership, Concentration, Goalkeeper Psychology, Communication.

The Tactical Dimension

Decision Making, Positioning, The "Sweeper-Keeper", Positioning the Defense, Counterattack, and Speed of Play.
